FOr the Men's B Final, there were 2 starts.
In the first start, Kyle Carr fell and took Shani into the board with him; Kyle was down for quite a while, they brought a stretcher in, but ultimately he left under his own steam. He didn't participate in the 2nd start.

Lori called to give a quick update on some of the Rocker Fundee actions.

THere are 5 Final heats:

A Final - Top 3 in semi-finals
B Final - Bottom 3 finishers from semi-finals
C FInal - for 3rd place finishers in previous heats
D Final - for 4th place finishers in previous heats
E Final - for 5th place finishers in previous heats

Dan Fiorenza finished 5th in the D final
Anthony Barthel finished 5th in the E final

Kyrle Urehara was in the C final but she didn't get to see him finish; At the start there was a bad crash with Julian Wood; he was down for a while but got up on his own steam; he was trying to get into the restart but didn't make it in time.

They had to stop the B Final. Walter Rusk took a bad spill and cut himself. He was taken away by ambulance but was waving so we hope all will be well. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE SEEING SHORT TRACK IN PERSON, AND IT WAS FANTASTIC! I SURE WISH APOLO HAD BEEN THERE! SHANI AND JEFF WERE AMAZING TO WATCH! KATHERINE AND MARY GRACE TOO! EVERYONE LOOKED GREAT!~

MEETING UP WITH THE LADIES FROM HERE HAS BEEN A BLAST! THEY SEEM TO BE THE ONES TO HANG OUT WITH, THEY KNOW SO MANY PEOPLE AND EVERYTHING THAT THERE IS TO KNOW!

Hi TIff!

There's another section called "Apolo Pictures"; Typically that's where pics go. You could start a thread over there with the same title as this one so people can find it. And you could pointer in THIS thread pointing people to go over there to see the pics.

In the past, in all of the exciement, sometimes the pics have been posted within this thread since we know that this thread is where people are looking for at the moment. THen when the action dies down you could archive them over in the Picture thread.

Just my 2 cents...
