Just curious as to why people are saying that there might not be an elimination tonight? Will be looking on the internet to see Cloris's dance! I sense a general distate from ya'll.... We are assuming that it will be handled in the same way as season 3 when Sara Evans withdrew from the competition for personal reasons. There was not an elmination in the week of the announcement. |

theres even rumors on TMZ that Kim K. is coming back to replace Misty.Anyone heard of that rumor also?   |

sak755...that's right, i forgot all about sara evans' early departure during season 3...
that's 2 strikes on maks now  ...how unlucky are we?
aofreak...i've heard those rumors too...but i heard it as kim/mark coming back.
that doesn't make sense to me tho.
we'll see tonight.

bummer- no Misty or Max  ...with that departure this season is somewhat losing its charm for me. (Cloris needs to leave....NOW! One can only take so much slapstick.)  |

im glad no one got eliminated tonight.I cant believe Rocco scores were lower than Cloris.I love Cloris and i think she funny,but she can only do so much for her age..well see what happens next week. |

I missed it, so thanks aofreak and mtnme. Definitely Cloris needs to go...last week! Though I'm glad it was a non-elimination night...I wouldn't be sad in the least to see Cloris go buh-bye. Were the performers good tonight at least?!

i was just watching Rocco on GMA,and he seems like the sweetest guy.Never really paid attention to him on DWTS,but he has such a beautiful personality,and beautiful smile  |

Yeah I agree...Rocco seems so sweet and genuine. I noticed when Misty got injured on the set, he was one of the first ones to go to help her and he was trying to calm her down/help! Did anyone else notice that too?!?

after watching last night's performances and disagreeing again with the judges' subjective scoring, i've lost interest in the show.
there were no m & mm to root for, brooke was the best, lance performed well, they have a separate scale for those 82+ and unfortunately rocco is going home.

I noticed the Lance bass eye liner. I liked his dance. I thought I wouldn't, but it turned out pretty good.
Anybody still missing Maks and Misty May, I know I am. Since they left, I don't have a clear cut favorite. (I hope Misty May starts feeling better soon.) I do like Kym though, she seems so sweet.

Here's my observations (keep in mind I am a total freak for the show)... Brooke and Derek a league above as usual. You know Derek is a happy guy when he does his head pop going off stage. Lance and Lacey really stepped it up.. not an easy song. Great frame, good footwork and really good stamina. Cody much improved and I still think he will keep growing. The others are sort of mediocre to me... always something that doesn't quite click technically.
I was most unhappy with the brutality of the judges to Rocco. Their subjectivity gets really wearing and when you have someone working hard, it is not necessary to chop them to bits. I guess they have forgotten those dancers who goofed off or schmaltzed around in previous seasons. He deserved more respect even if his scores were low. Hmphf.
