I know what kirkland is saying, it's the sigies that take up half a page ...and just keep getting bigger, that drive me crazy. When someone posts a one line - " hey, yeah baby, your right", and there is a 12 inch long sigie to go with it, it is pretty tedious. Ditto with my own personal peeve on just hitting the quote button when replying to someone's comments- and reposting the 10 pics that were part of the quote. Certainly everyone has the right to do just that. It's my pet peeve, - and 'my problem'.
As a rule, I like the sigie's. It's a treat to see what Lindsey will come up with next, and I'm always amazed that with all the ones she's done, she still manages to outdo herself with each new entry. I look forward to seeing them.
Do realize too, that I DO identify everyone by their avi and sigie's that pop up- LONG before I notice the name of who is posting. When it changes, it kinda throws me. I know Lori GND, Sk8on, kirkland, August's licking kitty, and many others, at a glance. For me, when everyone constantly changes their avi, it's like you changed your face, and I need to relearn and recognize you. Once again though- that's my problem, not anyone else's.
As for size of sigies- I can't really criticize, as mine is one of the larger ones. I really did try to make it smaller - and then just gave up, as my size edit skills were seriously lacking. I left the Cheshire Cat sigie anyway, as I consider it a public service message- LOL.
...and that message would be:
"Like the mischievous character, the owner of this sigie is a five star smart @ss. If you see the Cheshire Cat and still take her tongue in cheek posts seriously, - hey babe, you really need to lighten up!"
