Apolo is a genetic freak! No insult intended ladies. No man is that gorgeous, masculine, intelligent, and all-around NICE! Not without having some sort of flaw somewhere. You know? Oh, I know!!!!!  Apolo is sleeping around right now! That's his flaw! Hope he remembers his raincoat so he doesn't die for the sake of a cheap f*ck! He needs to stay healthy until he's mature enough to be a good mate for someone. Not just a hot lay. Skater's do it in "skinsuits" love, not "rain coats" and after his dad got 2 girls pregnant out of wedlock, ya think if Apolo has two brain cells to rub together he can figure out how to avoid the same? "Just a hot lay?!?!?" Dang. It's the "just" that's getting to me. |

He's just not as mature emotionally as most men his age. I'm going to disagree with you on that, Torinogal. He's had at least two girlfriends. I think if you look at the whole picture, that he's emotionally mature beyond his years -- and I think that's exactly why women who are older than he is (by a little or a lot) find him attractive. How many twenty-four year olds that you know travel around the country, deal with PR people, hire their own agents, deal with the public and the media with grace and style, and, OH YEAH, win a handful of Olympic medals in the process? He *has* been living, breathing, and sleeping the world that is short track for a very long time, however, and I can see why he might feel the need to stretch his wings. He's a smart, mature guy and I think whatever choices he makes, he'll do just fine. |

God, I hope you're not right Susie. Two girlfriends!? I don't know about other women on this board, but, you're either a "girlfriend", or a "f*ck" when it comes to a man. I've been jerked around by that kind of a man, I would hope that Apolo would at least be honest with the girls he screws, to let them know they're not the only ones! That he's sleeping around! Telling a sexual partner otherwise would be a lie!!! I don't want to think he's one of those types that has a "girl at every port" who actually thinks she's "the one" because he's not truthful with her. It breaks my heart to think he might treat women that way.  |

No, Torinogal, I'm talking about the girlfriend that he had *before* Allison. He mentions her (but not by name) in his autobiography -- it sounds like she was a "townie" from Colorado Springs. She was spotted cheering him on in '02 at Salt Lake, if I'm not mistaken.

I think what Susie meant in reference to the two girlfriends, was that he's had two relationships in the past, that we know of. He dated someone after the 02 games, before he started dating Allison. I don't think she meant two at the same time.

Hi! I went to bed last night, sorry. I'm sorry I misudnerstood you Susie. I thought you meant dating 2 girlfriends at a time! But, from the way he's talking, he's not dating anyone at the time, only "having fun" with women that will let him do it. I wonder if he realizes how many of those women actually love him? He's going to break those young hearts who just don't know any better. No matter now much I want him, I think I'd tell him NO right now. I'm not a one night stand. I'm a little more sensitive than that. Then again, I haven't been myself these last 2 days. Maybe I would say yes, and screw his brains out! ;D I guess It depends on how respectfully he propositions me. Hell, who am I fooling! I'd screw him, and cry later when he left! |
