I've had a iPod for a few months now but I'm trying for the first time to buy songs off of iTunes (I've been getting my music from another place). Anyways, so I'm creating my account and I'm at that point where it asked for my credit card info and for some strange reason it says my card number and security code is invalid! I'm so frustrated! Everything is correct, I even tried another credit card and it still won't work. Has anyone had this problem and how do I fix it??

That sounds so frustrating! I hate when things like that happen. I've had iTunes for a while now and don't think I had that problem, but it's been so long maybe I just don't remember. Look at the user's guide that came with your iPod--there might be a phone number to call or a website that you can go to for help. Sorry. Wish I could be of more help to you.

Thanks for your help butterfly, I found a phone number, called and fixed it, it was real dumb where I had to enter everything in again. Anyways, it worked and I was able to buy music.

No cost for the account. Just the downloads. I get books on CD from the library, upload to my itunes via my laptop, then download to my ipod. Easy and cheap!!! The library will soon have the capability to let you download straight from their webpage. You can already do that with some mp3 players, just not ipods....yet!

Wags, I don't remember seeing your GOTW banner before and it literally took my breath away. It's so incredibly awesome! Lindsey did an amazing job with it.
