KCTS finally has video up of the interview they did with Apolo almost a month ago.

OZ had a link to the podcast but I think most people had a hard time getting it to work. It's much better with the visual anyway!

It's a more serious interview than the one on King5. It's not as funny but Apolo looks terrific as usual.

sorry my son had to set it up for me to watch it...of course mocking me the entire time..I just asked him and he said we have realplayer and I saw it fine..with broadband...

Thanks for the vid I heard the audio but it's much nicer to see apolo's gorgeous face. I love the way he talks with his hands too!! =)

As I watched and listened to him speak, it occured to me that at Apolo's age, I had already found the love of my life and was well on the way to marrying him, as were many of my friends. He mentioned his friends from Seattle and trying to catch up with them and finding out that they have families of their own now. He talks about his "social life", which I think, after watching this interview, is his polite and discret way of saying his "quest for Miss Right", the woman he can fall madly in love with and who will fall madly in love with him back, enough to make the sacrifices it would take to be with him and give him lotsa little Apolos. A woman to marry is what he's looking for, not a just a torrid affair.

That's just my hutch.

What a wonderful analysis..Bella i suspect you are correct.

We all have fun with him..but I certainly think he is a monogamous guy,

I have been disagreed with before, but i believe that he would be a

wonderful dad and would eventually like a family..JMHO

Without any siblings or a even a Mom around, I'll bet the urge to have his own family is pretty strong. And, I'll bet he wants to make sure that any kids he helps bring into the world have both a mother and a father.

I admit I may be way off base on this..but I totally picture him as a great soccer Dad!! I know in an early interveiw..around 2002 h said he was working so he would he have total financial freedom later in life..
because he felt as an athlete he had "a short shelf life"

Stella...thanks for that. It WAS MUCH BETTER seeing that, vs. hearing it, since I was one of the one's that was able to get the "Podcast" to work for me.

And as for Apolo and settling down goes...I don't necessarily think he IS looking for "the one" at the time. He still has to figure out what the hell HE is going to do with his life right now to even go there at this juncture, but then, I am one of the one's who thinks that yes, he does need to sow some "wild oats" so to speak but that does not necessarily mean he has to be a "man w*h*o*r*e" about it. One can "play the field" and do it with class and not be a jerk about it.

I have always thought that Apolo was pretty smart and selective about who or what he lets get close to him, myself. He's got a good head on his shoulders. He's not an idiot.

And yeah, the talking with the hands thing is very sexy. One of the reason's that Karl Urban turns me on, too. I love men who are passionate like that and need their hands to help them express themselves!
