I can't remember where I read this but I think Apolo wears a size 8 shoe.

He's 5' 6'' and at the most (fluffiest hair) 5' 7''. He's not as tall as Hamelin and not as short as Turcotte.

I stood next to Antonia Banderas once and was very disappointed to find him around my height if not slightly shorter... completly blew it for me.

Guest (lovely to see you, by the way), I am about your height and got the same impression when I met him at Roots. My Dad is 5'8" and Apolo appeared to me to be just about as tall as my Dad is, and at least a couple of inches taller than me.

I don't think Apolo is quite 5'8", but he's not as short as 5'6". I'd say he's a little bit over 5'7". He's about the same height as Rusty (who has also been reported to be 5'8") I've stood next to both of them, and can't imagine either being taller than 5'8". Maybe with their skates on! :-P

Hugging my knees, Ruffian? Not exactly what I was picturing. I'm not into submissive men. That's worse than too short. I guess I can live with 5'6" if I have to and make allowances for shortcomings. <looks at pics or Apolo skating, smile, bum, but not pkg > Yes, I could still force myself to hang out with him. I'll just have to retire the red patent leather CFMP and I had such plans for them.

On the bright side, now that I've been warned and adjusted my perceptions, if I ever do meet him, I don't have to worry about getting flustered and blurting out "DANGGGG You're short. Uh, Oops." Instead, I can blurt out something else utterly outrageous and unexpected.

I'm far from 5'7"! I'm 5'2" and a couple centimeters, so, like Apolo, I like to round up and say 5'3". With heels on I have to look up to speak to Apolo, not high enough to consider him 5'8".

I've never met Apolo, but I too have a hard time believing he's my height (5'6"). I think he's probably somewhere around my mom's height (5'7"). I can't believe that they don't look a little stranger. Usually short guys are stockier and seem out of proportion...

I think he is probably closer to 5-7 alswo..I was watching the Good Morning America piece....and he was walking with yuki...who appears to be quite short...
