I think the handsign is a Hawaiian greeting. Those pictures with the Special Olympians are great. You can watch the whole event on Apolo's site. He tries to interact with each one of them--what a sweetie  |

The handsign gesture means "Hang Loose." I have an uncle who married a Hawaiian woman and I have half-Hawaiian cousins. I've not visited in a LONG time but d**n...If I'd of known he was going to be in Hawaii MUCH LONGER than I'd known, I could of flown over and stayed with my uncle and hung out....D*A*M*N!  |

Doesn't that hand sign mean "hang loose" too? lol, cause my parents went t Hawaii a few years ago, and my Dad has a shirt with a picture of a hand making that sign, and below it it says "hang loose" lol I dunno!
