Okay, we're getting a little stale so, time for something new.
Now that Apolo is taking a bit of a break, I am curious as to wheter he'll lose some of his extreme leanness and revert to a more normal state. Maybe not "chunky" but will those lovely cheekbones be lost in a fuller face which is maybe more the norm for him. Or were the round faced pics due to relative immaturity?
Losing the cheekbones might be a fair trade if he also builds up the upper body to balance the lower now that every pound he carries doesn't have to be optimized and justified to short track ideals. Lets get those arms, chest and abdominal grill back and do another topless shot (front and back views this time.)
I'm counting on the rest of you to provide the pertinent pics.

Hmmm well I don't find if Apolo gains a couple lbs. after being SOOO lean for the Olympics . I don't care if his face fills out some...he was gorgeous with a little more "baby fat" in 2002, and he's still gorgeous now...even if he's not in training. He's said in one of those recent articles that he's always an athlete and is trying to stay fit. ;D One thing I hope he does keep is his 6 pack abs! lol. Hope he doesn't lose it lmao! j/k. (not that we get to see his stomach on a regular basis anyway lol.) Ah well, if he does happen to lose his hot abs, there's always the Cosmo pic to look at, haha I have an arm fetish, and I wouldn't complain if Apolo would happen to build them up even more than they are/were yoyza! lmao.

He's supposed to have a photoshoot for his calender isn't he? Maybe he will go topless in some of those.

Well, in one of his interviews recently ( God, there was the TV one and then, the two radio one's ) he said he would stay healthy because he would be an athlete in one way, shape or form for the rest of his life, but then later on in the interview, he said that Seattle had grown quite a bit since he'd last been there and there were several restaurants he wanted to try out. He said he loves to eat.
So...I think he may fill out just a little, but as apolosgal so intelligently brought up, I doubt he's going to go back to being his old nickname "Chunky" due to the calendar shoot and lets' face it, in all honesty, do you think the guy is going to let himself go to "pot" knowing that he has many adoring "women fans" and that he's single and young? He'd be an IDIOT to let himself get all out of shape. Especially if he does aspire to some kind of TV or celebrity work. That kind of work is very much about appearances and how one looks.

Ruffian - I loved the lean, mean look too but it would have been even better with a little more meat on the arms. All of the athletes did look like they were right on the edge of looking like steroidal famine victims though. Wierd combination. Apolo did mention his legs get smaller when he isn't working out but that he plans to stay fit, an athlete for life. Fit and being an athlete isn't holding yourself at that same peak ready for the Olympics for a life time though. I suspect the difficulty of maintaining that extreme level is part of the reason he is taking a break
I don't think he'll go to pot but, angles and planes and intriguing nooks and crannies are probably going to smooth out some. Darn.

I like Apolo with a little more meat on his bones. His face, neck, arms, and chest are just so skinny right now. He looked best before he lost the 10 pounds, that he claims he lost. (he obviously did) I want him to gain it back! I really hate it when I bump my teeth into a man's bony collarbone. HEHEHEHE Then again, I just don't find skinny guys attractice. Apolo should stop trying to be one. He's a medium/heavy boned Japanese styled body! He's put together like a frickin' tank. This Lance Armstrong fixation he has should just go bye-bye.

Can I vote one more time? CHUNKY CHUNKY CHUNKY!! Skinny is bad!. He looks good either way, but I prefer him with more to hug.

Yeah. That's a drawback with the ST-ers. They have weaker upper bodies. Don't get me wrong, mamma likes a delicious ham bone as much as the next girl...But a filled out upper body can't be appreciated enough. If we could somehow stick a swimmer's torso on a ST-er's lower body...Well then, we'd have perfection.
And I didn't mean skinny, skinny guys. I don't outweigh my date. Ever, lol. But I do like a fit man. And Apolo's body was on point in Torino. Mmmhmm.

MT, are you tryin' to say you're built? LOL
I just think that Apolo is attractive right now, but his face IS a little too lean and thin. He needs to ease up a bit on the "lean" thing. I just simply like him with extra weight like he had in 2002.

If they're on offer that is.
