Hahaha, for me, it's not just the eyes, it's the thoughts he must be thinking to get them to look that way... Bella.......... you are sooooooooo much cooler right now. You're thinking the same way I do. Good one. I do agree. Apolo should admit to wot he thinks about during those "Im staring at you hoping your cloths come off with my laser vision cloths remover" stares. lol. I love you Bella. Hahaha! Right back atcha, baby!!! He's thinking, "I know what I want and I'm gonna get you to give it to me... over... and over... and over again..."*purrrrrrrrr*

I love that picture too (with the blue jacket.) But his face looks thinner there than I think I've ever seen it. Somewhere I was reading, heaven only knows where -- that he wanted to get leaner and stronger (though I don't see how he could get any stronger, lower-bodywise anyhow.) I'd prefer he stay on the thick side but maybe thin is "in" in short-track - that Ahn guy is super skinny - like 5'8" or 5'9" at 139 which is almost 30 pounds lighter than Apolo. Speaking of the dev- I mean Ahn, after his father slapped the coach and all that, Ahn said on his website that he was thinking about quitting the sport. I know it's wicked of me but I kinda wish he would. He and that Lee guy and all that team-skating makes me maaad. Apolo said in an interview at Torino that the Korean skaters had trained for 4 years FOR HIM. Sheesh. Imagine them eating, sleeping, breathing, training, JUST TO BEAT APOLO, using whatever methods they could possibly dream up. It AIN'T FAIR

Yeah, ally - he said that himself - that the Korean skaters trained for four years for HIM. And I'm sure it's true. But he got the gold and that Kim guy who impeded him didn't (at Salt Lake City) - and the really-good Korean speedskating team was shut out - they didn't get one medal at the '02 Olympics. So I guess you can kinda understand that they're obsessed with winning, and that means, basically, beating Apolo, because nobody else is close to challenging them. There's some big problem between Ahn and the other lead Korean speedskater (Lee or something like that.) They can't even train together (or maybe even be on the same airplane?) And Ahn's father slapped the Korean coach saying he wasn't really supporting Ahn - oh I don't know the details - but I know Ahn said he was thinking about quitting the sport. I'm sure he won't I think in Korea speedskating is like the biggest sport there is. China seems to be pretty good too. Oh wel, 2010 looks to be pretty exciting.
