That's a good find Sintha! I've never seen a shot of them skating together. That is so cool that they share skating as a common interest/passion. My husband and I share a love for music. We both play instruments and we are both in the music field. It's very bonding.

What instrument do you play, Bella? When I was younger, I played piano. I really want to take it up again.

I sing, though. I used to sing in a LOT of rock n' roll garage bands in L.A. when I lived there LONG ago. Then, when I moved to Oregon and went to Portland State U, one of the jobs I did to get by was sing in nightclubs to an accompanist on piano.

Think of Michelle Pfeiffer's role in the movie "The Fabulous Baker Boys." Yep. The nightclub guys AFTER hours got too "creepy" for me, though. YIKES! That kind of killed it for me, know what I'm saying?

To backtrack a few pages (sorry)... but I thought that I had seen every Apolo/Allison picture. I had never seen this one before and I must say that Allison looks hot. I usually see her racing pictures or post-racing pics or her pics of her working out but this picture (and her dress) projects a whole different side of her. Even at other banquets she is dressed differently but I think this pic shows that she has style and flare. Very cool. Good for Apolo (although I wish he was with me I can be happy for him).

I really like that second pic you posted, Sintha -- with Allison holding the water bottle. I have never seen it before and it's such a cute picture of them.

The intense look on Allison's face in the other two pics is great. She means business! lol

She does look very intense. She and Apolo both are in their own world when they skate thinking of nothing except what they are doing. They both certainly give it their all, don't they? When you think about it, she has accomplished a lot, too. She does not have any medals but she was a good enough skater to make the Olympic team which means she must be good. She has put years of her life into short track just as Apolo has.

Yes...i totally agree Rose. I like that Allison tries new things....first she was in Inline, then ST and now she's thinkin' of doin LT!! I say that's lots of things accomplished!! And i think she's gonna finishe her MBA like at the end of this year..soo...she can do lotsa things after skating.
