Hi Jenna - Great to hear from you! It sounds like your recovery is coming right along. How I'd love someone to tell me I can eat 5 times a day. Continue to get well and be sure to update us on your progress!

Hi, Jenna! Just a quick note to say I'm so glad you're feeling better and recovery is going well. I'm so thankful! It's great to see your name popping up again in lots of posts. If you don't have much appetite, maybe fruit smoothies will go down well. I make them a lot with plain yogurt, bananas, frozen fruit, maybe a dash of cinnamon, and dribble of honey for sweetness. God bless, Linda P.S. Did you get to the Jersey shore? My family spent a week in Ocean City in June. We love it there!

My surgeon has said that I can eat anything now..instead of not being able to eat dairy products, I have missed cheese so much! He also said that I'm doing good and that I'll have the second surgery in 3-4 months. I see him in 3 weeks. Yes I did go to the shore. I love it there. I have a trailer down there in a complex. Ocean City is 15 minutes from my trailer. I love NJ. ok, I have to say this: I'm finally an ULTIMATE APOLO FAN! ok, that's finally out of my system..sorry...

I saw my surgeon today and he said I should be able to have my second surgery by the end of Nov. or beginning of December. This surgery won't be as long as the other one, it will be about 2 hours. They'll just hook everything up like my dad says, "Like putting together pipes." And I'll be in the Hospital for about 3-5 days. I just wanted to let everybody know. Thank you for your continue concern and prayers. Love ya guys!
