good question apolosgal.....I have been married 18 yrs as of yesterday....
so we have an understanding..if halle berry or jessica alba crosses his path or apolo or david spade
crosses mine....its everyone for themselves!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Guest...at risk of starting a war of words...which I am trying to respect everyone here...
I notice that when you post about apolo..except for what he gave as anniversary gift..it is mostly in the form of negativity...subtly yes, but nagative none the less...
and you have often referred to his interaction with fans as a "job" like work..I have never gotten that impression from him or those who have met him...
yet when you discuss allison..she is the sun moon and everything else..
these are not fighting words...just curious if others feel yhe same??

Laura, yours and your hubby's stuff about who you are hot for and who he is and the "kidding you both do" with one another sounds ALOT like what me and my hubby do. And he has NO PROBLEMS with me writing fics about Karl, Apolo or whomever, either. He knows it's a creative outlet and that we ALL have fantasies. It's healthy to, actually. AND....hey, he reaps the "benefits" of my "lusts" for these men! LOL!  Oh heck yeah, he does, so he's a VERY HAPPY MAN to say the least of it!  |

well i hate to say this...at risk of dating myself...but i think that comfort comes with age... This is so true. Don and I are the same way. We trust each other to not really do anything. I do a lot of traveling without Don also. He doesn't like to travel, so when I want to go somewhere, he just say, "No problem. It's your money. Is Patti going with you?" LOL That's my best friend. We have been on cruises and all over the word together without hubby. And I trust him the same way. The other day he was scoping out a young woman in shorts. I just leaned or to him and said, "Wow! I didn't know legs grew that long," and we both laughed. |

To me, it's healthy and NORMAL to look. I get chewed out by some people for doing it though. But good God, that's like saying that you are NEVER going to eat nothing but vanilla ice cream your whole life. How BORING would that be? Variety of "eye candy" is the spice of life. Keeps things "spicy" in a relationship too, just as long as both of you are secure in yourselves and your relationship, that is! |
