I think I mentioned this here before, but I'm not sure... I believe NBC's clips are only viewable in Internet Explorer... you may have problems if you're using Firefox or Safari (mac users)... I did with Firefox, but then I switched to IE and was able to view the videos just fine... hopefully that will help some of you that are having troubles...
