I am fully admitting that i know very little about the actual sport of speedskating....and a psychotic amount of stuff about apolo...but does anyone who is smarter than me....and that is most of you..what does apolo or other skaters wear under that lycra suit?? anything??

haha...all I know is that they wear a lot of padding under the suit to protect all the main blood arteries so that other skaters won't cut them, hence the neck guard. In terms of the top... I watched an interview with Apolo and as he was walking away he pulled down the zipper in the front and he wasn't wearing anything. I'll leave the rest to your imagination haha!

well....the suit itself is really tight....i don't think you can wear something underneath it. And yeah, i think after racing your body temp. goes up...soo you don't need another layer of clothing, besides padding. wonder if the ladies are the same?? LOL

well i kinda 'inspect' what the ladies are wearing....and surprisingly i saw allison wore some sort of clothes on her butt.............

I inspected his suit for any lines and didn't see any, so I suspect he doesn't wear anything under, but a cup to protect his jewels.

well when he was asked if he likes boxers or briefs he said"boxers for hanging out and briefs for working out" so im guessing he wears briefs underneath. i dont think he wears a cup for his very precious jewels check it out www.geocities.com/darkbladeweaver/rocketman.jpglooks like the real thing to me!  |

That picture is too funny! I too agree, none of the skaters wear a cup. Apolo said he sometimes wears an old t-shirt underneath, and briefs.

if you guys ever find the pics with the right angles you can tell theres no cup, theres one with rusty and its pretty obvious
