Well how nice of you to share your 'week' with us. I have to say linmiste, that I found it highly amusing that the OFF is in full force even in fantasy form! ...That's some real powerful force, unexplainable by mankind, goin' on there! (-and that's by someone who witnessed it firsthand! - although I do maintain that Lori GND is especially susceptible to it.) And thank you for your kind words in the SLC thread. Which just goes to prove that looks can be deceiving - what ya see ain't always what ya get! (Although there usually is a very sly look in my eyes when I'm about to deliver a wisecrack, that a photo obviously is not adequate to the task to capture....)

I'm flattered, mntme, that you read my little "letter"; I know you don't care for fanfic too much! And yeah, the OFF is definitely working from afar. Actually, I get nervous even thinking about meeting famous people. Or new people. Or being in big groups of people that I don't know. If I met Apolo, he'd have to ask if I wanted a picture; I doubt I'd be able to suggest it. Then, if I could find my camera and the batteries hadn't died (which is highly unlikely), I'd probably drop it and then have to crawl around on the floor looking for the batteries that popped out. Then, if we actually took a picture, I'd have a pained look on my face because I'd be feeling so bad about taking up so much of this good man's time and being self-conscious about my shortcomings. I need to get over this, eh? I bet there's a photo of you with the wisecrack-gleam in your eye. I can certainly picture it!

My body wouldn't funtion right in front of him. I'll be like this by the end of his sentence.. "Jen, how about a picture?" Probably when I finally wake up I'll probably need a hole to climb into..

Dear heavens, Linmiste, other than the 'crawling on the floor' part (which hasn't happened yet, thank God), I was getting 'deja-vu'. My hands started shaking just reading that! Wow, Mtnme, I never much thought about it at the time, but I can attest to that sly gleam. You forgot the Cheshire-cat grin though. Both in combo always alerted me that snarky words were about to flow, and a good laugh would surely follow!
