THANK YOU CHRISTY! I was gone over the weekend and missed it. I loved that interview, he is so funny and cute! I hope we see him doing something between now and the Olympics, I'm having Apolo withdrawls!

He was great on the show! His shiny suit looked good, too!  I like Conan and missed Apolo's 2002 appearance on the show, so I was very happy to catch this one. I was grateful to find a transcript of the '02 interview here at GotApolo when I first joined. |

Thank you so much, Lindsey! ;D That was a great interview. I hadn't seen that before. Conan is so funny and Apolo is just awesome! Like others have said, you can definately see how far Apolo's interview skills have come. There's not by any chance a clip of that anywhere, is there?

I actually just now watched this interview (had it saved on my Tivo!) and I have to say I think this has been my favorite interview post-DWTS. Conan actually let him talk! But bounced off his comments enough to make it funny. Apolo has a good sense of humor anyway, so! Overall, I just enjoyed Apolo being himself, looking good, and talking about his future. He looked relaxed and confident and Conan actually seemed to enjoy talking to him, and I'm sure not every TV personality always enjoys every guest. So I'm happy with this one! |
