Is it just the lighting or is his hair more red I mean he could color it but I just noticed how red and how much shorter it is. Forgot to add that I checked the page and it still says coming soon will that change at 10 this morning. ;D ;D ;DI am so excited to see him in action again.

I prefer the longer hair but I think he looks fantastic with short hair also. It is easier to find him on the ice with the longer hair though. I also think that his hair is a natural reddish brown...similar to his soul patch...but it appears much darker at times depending on the type and amount of hair product he puts it in. Either way he is just too darn gorgeous for his own good

I also have to agree about the pix of him sitting and doing something to his skate belongs in the package thread too. I couldn't help but to glance but only a glance I swear I wasn't staring...

Either way he is just too darn gorgeous for his own good Oh Yeah! I think what I love about his longer hair is it's his trademark. It's always what made him unique and stand out amongst the others (in addition to his obvious talent, of course). I also like that it showed a bit of his 'old day' rebellion. (I love a rebel). It's for that same reason though that I'm sure he's keeping the shorter cut. It's more mature.

Maybe Yuki tackled him and cut it shorter. I think Yuki prefers it short and more styled.

From Ohnozone.net :
Top 16 men and women after 9-lap time trials [update] Times are now in for the women's time trials.
Here's the men (in order) who made the cut from this morning's time trials - they'll move on to the 1500m tonight. During Apolo Ohno and Travis Jayner's pair we learned that Derek Parra lost a photo of his daughter somewhere inside the oval... Hope it was returned (if not, I suspect souvenir hunting)!
Jordan Malone recovered from a scary-looking slip to finish a solid 4th. Anthony Lobello returns from his suspension with a strong 3rd-place showing, and Alex Izykowski capped his return after a long layoff with a 6th place overall. Hats off to Jeff Simon for winning this thing - we haven't seen Apolo fail to take a time trial since I've been watching this sport, but I doubt that's any deficiency on AAO's part... I think it's really a testament to the huge strides our younger skaters have taken the past season or two!
Top 16 men 1. Jeff Simon 1:23.861 2. Apolo Ohno 1:23.943 3. Anthony Lobello 1:24.438 4. Jordan Malone 1:24.860 5. Ryan Leveille 1:25.249 6. J.R. Celski 1:25.409 7. J.P. Kepka 1:25.599 8. Alex Izykowski 1:26.001 9. Travis Jayner 1.26.575 10. Ryan Bedford 1:27.105 11. Kyle Carr 1:27.141 12. Joey Lindsey 1:27.166 13. Simon Cho 1:27.618 14. Robert Lawrence 1:28.180 15. Kyle Uyehara 1:28.219 16. Ansis Robs 1:28.456
