I could not figure who was who LOL. I saw Travis' hair at one point (first I thought it was Anthony but then I saw he wasn't racing.), but then they kept following Flou so I gave up and starting following him too. *sigh* He's so pretty - even when he's all pixelated and blurry. ;D

This is like crap. It's like we don't even have a chance anymore. I'm sorry but it's like their skating to be in the B final. Yeah, I know it was going to be a difficult semifinal but they know (or should've known) that they couldn't get caught in the back because then it would've been pretty much impossible. If we can't even make it into the A final, it's like "What's the point?" And, again, I'm sorry but losing J.R. for these Cups was...not good. It's like it's flip-flopped! The women are skating better than the men! *sigh* Sorry, I had to rant but they can skate way better than what they have been. *Please don't hate me; I'm just tired of "B final here, B final there.* I'm gonna agree with you, tdav. They've been on top before, I don't see why they can't get back there. I don't know if there are other problems out there, but it seems like their mentality is off. And if they're treating this as nothing because it's not going to help them for Vancouver - it would have been nice to know, so we're not freaking out on the other side of our computer screens. ;]

I'll be willing to bet that team USA is just tired. Three weeks of competing in a row, and one of 'em oly trials has gotta knock the wind out of their sails after a certain point. And Apolo sick to boot. It's WC 3 and 4 that are important anyway. Safe travels home and a much needed rest to TEAm USA.

LOL No. All I know is that we can't keep "B finaling" it through because, if that's the case, then we will be on that borderline Olympic relay qualification...we'll be ranked 8 or greater. It's almost as if, at a point in the race, they just give up! They better take this month between Seoul amd Montreal to get it together because, with skating like this, we won't stand a chance in Vancouver. I truly thought that, at this Olympics, we could actually vie for the gold instead of praying for bronze and I know it's still very, very early but that belief is shrinking per Cup.

I just thank God that that rumor about J.R. fracturing his femur was false.
