Yes Tabs, I like the Cowboys. I don't know what has happened because they were doing well, but now Tony has a broken finger in his throwing hand, and they seem to have lost their mojo. Plus, the backup qb hasn't played a game since a few plays last season, so he was way too rusty. Anyway, Saturday was a good sports day for me because the Spurs played a pre-season game, and the Longhorns played.

Seahawks qb was facing a knee injury, wonder if that cleared up for Matt or not. I heard someone broke his arm, and it was the same one broken in game 2. Ouch! I forgot who it was. Yeah, I forgot the back up's name, dang it. He won the superbowl w/ Tampa Bay. I want to say Brad Richards  The Blues face The Red wings on Wednesday. I really hope Stempniak is back by then. |

Well the series is tied. Go Rays.
The Blues lost to The Red Wings. I'm mad at David Backes' stick, for breaking at the wrong time, which lead to a Franzen goal. Stemp's back, w/ a knee brace.
Speaking of knee, hope Tom Brady's knee heals up, he's not having much luck with that infection.

When I heard Tom Brady's knee was infected after the surgery, I was like I am glad that didn't happen when I had surgery on my knee. A co-worker got an infection in his knee after surgery, and he can't really bend his knee, so he walks with a severe limp. I hope that Tom Brady can get over this infection without it affecting his overall health.

Yikes! All I have wrong w/ mine is minor arthritis. (My spelling stinks)
Speaking of knees... Sarah Palin was at the game to drop the first puck, the carpet was out for her of course, and curse it, Manny comes out and steps/slides on it. And hurt his knee, gah. He had surgery on it this summer. He still played the first period. Be okay Manny. They are cursed...ah, poor Blues.

That's sucks for Manny, but at least he was okay to play.
Hey have y'all heard about Kobe's knee??? Is he okay or was it a serious injury?
Anyway, the Longhorns barely won against OSU. Whew that was close because with like 8 seconds left, OSU threw the ball long, and it was caught at like the 2 yard line by a longhorn defensive player. If that ball had been caught by an OSU player, he could have scored, and the horns would have lost.

I heard a little about Kobe, but not a whole lot. I don't think it's too bad.
Manny hurt his hip, just a slight twinge, he's good. He'll be back on Thrusday. Big Ben is getting the start tonight. Tallest goalie in nhl history, at 6 ft 7. Blues are leading this game, they were putrid last night...yuck! All 30 teams are playing tonight.
Don't know how Mizzou did, hope they played well.

You've got to be kidding me!  Ben started this game, was 15 minutes from a shut out, and hurts himself!  So Marek is in now. Manny hurt his hip, and Mason's appendix decided it wanted to act up...  Odd. Here's the pic of Manny sliding. He said 'my legs are too short, I couldn't jump over it, seen the guy had his leg on it, I stepped on it, and slid...'  |

I follow the Penguins and Devils. Was so disappointed the Rangers beat the Penguins last night. Rangers tied up the game in the final minutes. Tied through overtime and then Rangers won it on the shoot out. Hate when that happens...
My daughter is team manager for the UMBC Ice Hockey team. At least they're having a good season so far. Going to the game on Saturday. Should be fun and it will be great to see her again.

The Rangers tied that game with like 8 seconds left...grr. I missed it when I turned on The Blues game. Speaking of Devils, in the game they were playing against the Flyers, some Flyer fan threw like a stink bomb on the ice, and The Flyers ended up winning that game. Lot of odd things going down in the nhl.
I shall watch that ad...hmmm
