Yeah, I want to start learning this stuff now, it's going to be a major media website, so I got a year's planning to do...but I need and want to learn simple now, like graphics...

I'm still learning graphics, too, crimsonangel. I think we can all agree Nerka is the expert here! Such beautiful creations. I try... but I need more experience, and perhaps a little more time. I've been neglecting other portions of my life as of late.  hehe. |

Yes, I started what is now www.gotapolo.com during the 2002 Olympics, on a geocities free server. I lost my files on a computer that refuses to do anything, and the site sat practically inactive for a couple of years. But I bought my own hosting after the site was receiving too much traffic and eating a ton of bandwidth, and redesigned it in a different program. After the launch of Got Apolo version 5 (we're now on version 6), I brought back the forums (I had removed my previous forums because of hate posts). These forums are just as much a part of Got Apolo, as Got Apolo are of the forums! Haha... long explanation to a simple question. Yes, I am the webmaster of Got Apolo and the one who started these forums |

Great job! Yeah I want to launch a website myself, media related, so that's why I was going to give myself at least a year to launch...is that too little time or too much.
And yes, I like this Apolo site, very active message board!

Nerka designed some new themes for the board, and I think they are lovely! When I have time, I might do some of my own *muah hahah* just to add to the mix. But Nerka def. has SKILLZ!! and I gave her skin privileges here on the board. But all the graphics on the main site are mine. |
