Testin' out my new avatar! Isn't it cute? ;D It's an old pic, but one of my faves... it actually used to be one of my banner pictures for an old version of the site (the version that got Celebrity Site of the Day, in fact). He looks so whimsical. |

apolosgirl -- do you have a picture you want to use as an avatar and don't know how to put it in? or are you looking for a picture to use? I'll try to answer both questions without confusing you (hahah, wish me luck). If you're looking for a picture to use as an avatar, there are a bunch of premade ones on the main website that I created at www.gotapolo.com/web.html and Zenith at Ichiban has a great collection at www.tyomnaya-noch.net/apolo/ljicons.php. You can save one of those to your computer, upload it on a image host (photobucket.com, flickr.com, whatever you prefer). From there, you can modify your profile to use that image. This is how you do it: Right click the image, go to Properties and copy the Image Location/URL, then paste in the entry box under Profile - Modify Profile, here on the forum. Then click Modify Profile at the bottom of the screen and you're done! Hope that answers your question. If you have a picture that's too big to fit as an avatar (max 100 pixels by 100 pixels), you can either resize it or post it to me or Nerka and we will do it for you! Hope that answt |
