I don't know if I can handle wet AND shirtless. I know there's got to be more pics from this shoot but I haven't seen them anywhere. I'll keep my eyeballs peeled tho.

Gorgeous and sexy pix of a wet Apolo!! Although it kind of makes me uncomfortable thinking that some photographers may be exploiting his sexy appeal for women, not to mention gay men. And it would be like Apolo to say okay to every pose that the photographer wants, like that naked Red campaign photo. Sure hope he's making good money from photos like this when they get published so it's all worthwhile. I think he should be really careful what kind of image he's creating for himself in the public eye. He's not a model, he's an Olympic speedskating champion which is much more than just looks. Probably most of you disagree with me, but I hope he never, ever poses nude again. JMO. My first reaction to these pictures was "Holy Cow!" But, Breeze, I actually agree with what you're saying here. I especially like your use of the word "exploit". I'm really happy for him that people find him attractive and want to do photo shoots, but I don't want Apolo exploited or his goals compromised because of the temporary glory derived from his physical beauty. I'm afraid people won't take him seriously as an athlete, businessman, or person if they first see photos that might be found in an Abercrombie catalog. I'm not a proponent of nude photos, but at least the Red photos had some sort of philanthropic purpose. Apolo has so often expressed consciousness of his place as a role model to youth, and has spoken of only doing what is authentic to him. I trust that continues to guide him. In the midst of all the skating and public appearances, though, I don't mind an occasional breath-taking photo of chiseled features. After all, it's the man inside the body that really captures my admiration. P.S. Apoloslove, what is that animal with the huge eyes? It was too funny!

This sums up my reaction pretty well! HOLY MOLY! Random item: we just watched Duma, and there's this adorable bush baby in it. They're really small... almost fit in the palm of your hand. And it hopped almost like a rabbit or kangaroo. Very funny. The movie is good, too. A great family film/coming-of-age story. Now back to our regular programming...
