the first 4 pics crack me up....i think he's doing some sort of breakdancing on ice....what a guy!! It does! At first I thought he was crashing, but that's a really weird way to go down, and the figure skaters in the background didn't really support that theory either. When was he doing that? I wonder if there's some kind of video.

Hi, Anton here. I know we haven't had a lesson in awhile. I hope you've been working on what you learned earlier. Oh no! I can't believe what I'm seeing. You've picked up some very bad habits while I've been away. Dancing is not a competition, Enelyak and Epiphaniii. It will be more aesthetically pleasing if you take nice dainty steps like Susie is doing. Tabbi, you simply can't be on the internet all night and expect to keep up with your classmates. You two stop crying. I know you're disappointed that Jay has been having trouble getting to class, but don't worry. She'll find her way back. Lindsey, Yuki did not invite you to sit in the heat box with him. Get back on the dance floor. Tina, leave Peggy alone! Interpret the dance like she's trying to do--not her dream. Christy, Tigerlilly, who do you think you're kidding? Back away from the hot guy and go finish getting dressed! Ruffian! Where do you think you're going? Get back where you belong! There, that should hold her for awhile. Apolo--keep your hands off Elle's butt. I know she's been flirting with you but that's inappriate behavior on the dance floor. Laura, Laura, Laura. I've just about given up on you. Come on--get up and try again. Finally! You and Apolo almost have it right, Taryn. The helmets are a bit much, but at least you're not wearing ugly shoes.

Yay, Billiey!! ;D ;D ;D ROFLMAO! I just discovered the joys of "Dancing with Anton". Way too funny! More! More! We want more!
Oh....and btw.....For some reason, I can't see some of the images, but some of you were asking about pix of the figure skaters and Apolo sliding on the ice.....Sounds like caps from the Brian Boitano stars on ice special which aired (I think) in Jan., 2003. Apolo came out at the first of the show, skated around the oval a few times at full speed, then went to the middle of the ice and did a break dance move. Then he jumped up, grabbed the mike from Kristi Yamaguchi and Nancy Kerrigan (who were all a-twitter over him) and announced the next act. We used to joke w/each other that Brian Boitano probably specifically requested that Apolo wear the grey skinsuit, which was the most revealing of all....every ripple, every vein, every....well, you get the point....LOL! Yeah, you go, Brian!

Hee! I've been reprimanded by the great Anton! Billiey, you are so funny and talented! I wish Apolo did not consider Dancing with the Stars to be too "cheesy" and inauthentic for him to appear on because I'd love to see him dance again. But, I really just want to see him dance by himself, and in a way that is "authentic" to him, so maybe it is best that he stay away from that show.

Hi, Anton here. And I am Anton, not Apolo. Some of you seem to have noticed a resemblance, but my name is Anton, and I am an excellent dancer. That's how you can tell us apart. In fact, take a seat. I have a little story to tell about our "star" dancer before we begin today's lesson. Apparently, someone at the downtown dance review thought Apolo was talented enough to appear in a show that took place this past weekend. I didn't hear about it until the last minute and rushed downtown to talk to Apolo. Unfortunately, he was already lacing up his dancing shoes and didn't have time to talk. I barely had time to find my seat before the performance began. The curtain rose on a wintery set where Apolo and another dancer, Turcotte, were being surrounded by snow bears! The snow bears set upon the lost explorers and made short work of the unfortunate Turcotte, as Apolo quickly danced away! But the snow bears were all around him and closing in, leaving Apolo to dance faster and faster inside an ever smaller circle. He danced so fast around the hardwood floor that I swear I saw sparks! But he could not find an opening in the snow bear circle and, as they came close enough to spring upon him, he realized there was but one escape. He gathered his powerful thigh muscles and took a mighty leap! Whoa dude! Where'd he go?!?! Is that skylight supposed to be open? I rushed backstage where I ran into Turcotte and asked him if that was part of the performance. He didn't know for sure because he said he was always buried under snow bear fur during rehearsal. The audience watched in confusion. We held a brief memorial in case Apolo didn't return. Then, it was on with the show! Soon we were being entertained by some dancing sisters fresh from a tour of Italy. Perhaps that should be our lesson for today. Do not attempt a public performance before you've graduated from my class
